Returning of Merchandise

Important: Prior to purchase, if you are unsure which item is correct for your application, please contact us and we will be happy to assist and help you make the best choice.

All measuring devices and off-the-shelf items may be returned to us in new condition within 30 days of purchase, however a 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Unfortunately special orders, paints, canopies, and products purchased in lengths such as films, fabrics, mesh and foils are not exchangeable. Shipping fees are not refundable.

In the rare case that a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, it will be exchanged at no charge. The receiver would be responsible for shipping the unit back to us and will be reimbursed in full for the shipping fees. In return, we would ship a replacement unit at no charge.

If a product becomes defective after the initial receipt, it is covered by the product warranty. For all Gigahertz Solutions meters it is 2 years, all other meters have a 1 year warranty. Note that the product warranty does not cover physical damage.

If you have purchased an item from one of our distributers please contact them directly for information on their return policy / process.

Our Return Procedure:

1] Prior to shipping, please call or email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization “RMA” number and shipping instructions. A credit will not be issued without an RMA number

2] Please pack the item carefully, for safe transit, in its original packaging. If original packaging is not available, ensure appropriate packaging is used and pack tightly

3] Select a method of shipment that provides a tracking number

4] When completing the shipping document, please indicate “Return of Goods”

5] Declare the value of goods being returned and insure appropriately

6] Enclose your original invoice

7] Include a brief written description for reason of return
